PrimeGYM Solutions Pvt Ltd ("PrimeGYM", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PrimeGYM cloud gym management platform, mobile applications, and smart door lock management systems. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Gym Owner / Administrator Data

Name, email address, phone number, and business details
Payment and billing information (processed securely via payment partners)
Gym location, operating hours, and staff information
Usage data and analytics related to platform usage

2.2 Member Data (collected on behalf of gym owners)

Name, contact information, date of birth, and photo ID
Membership plan, payment history, and attendance records
Health and fitness information (height, weight, fitness goals)
Biometric data (fingerprints) — only when biometric locks are enabled and with explicit member consent
Door entry and exit timestamps via the smart lock system

2.3 Technical Data

IP addresses, device type, browser, and operating system
App usage patterns and feature interaction data
Smart lock hardware identifiers and connectivity logs

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the PrimeGYM platform and services
To process payments and send billing notifications
To validate membership during smart door lock access events
To send automated reminders (dues, renewals, birthdays) on behalf of gyms

4. Smart Door Lock Data

Our smart door lock integration collects entry and exit timestamps, access method used (QR, RFID, biometric), and access grant/deny decisions. This data is used exclusively for membership validation and audit trail purposes. Biometric data (fingerprints) is encrypted, stored locally on the lock hardware, and is never transmitted to or stored on PrimeGYM servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Payment processors (for billing transactions)
SMS and email service providers (for automated notifications)
Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/Azure, under data processing agreements)
Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, regular third-party security audits, role-based access controls, and geo-redundant backups. Smart lock communications use end-to-end encrypted channels.

7. Data Retention

Gym owner data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Member data may be retained longer as required by the gym owner or applicable regulations. You may request data deletion by contacting us at privacy@primegym.in.

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
